Why does Mental Health matter?

In any organisation, staff can be assessed over two variables. Productivity and Potential.

Productivity X Potential Diagram (1)

Assessing both variables allows staff to be plotted on the matrix above, known as the Employee-Performance-Analysis Model (developed by George Odiorne). While the model is classic, its simplicity explicates the benefit of mental well-being in an organisation, helping push those in the region of Risk and Potential Gems to becoming Solid Performers and Stars.
